Terms & Conditions

1. Applications must be received on this form and address all questions and selection criteria.

2. The Glow Search is administered, funded and awarded by Ego Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd (ABN 86 005 142 361) of 21-31 Malcolm Rd, Braeside VIC 3195 (‘Ego Pharmaceuticals’). Employees (and their immediate families) of Ego Pharmaceuticals are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. Applications will be accepted from 7th of July 2026 to 11:59PM 26th of July 2026 AEST. Applications must be submitted via the Elucent Skincare website at https://www.elucentskincare.com/au/en/promotions/the-glow-search.html. The awards are open to any Australian resident.

4. An application must be completed by an applicant nominating themselves via the official landing page. Applicants must complete the digital entry form by providing their personal details and a brief written statement (approximately one to two sentences) detailing what makes their personal glow unique. Applicants must also upload a photograph that demonstrates their best glow . To be deemed eligible, an applicant must submit all required information , be available to attend both the Melbourne-based casting call day in early August and the subsequent photoshoot in August, and provide factual, genuine, and non-defamatory responses. All submitted content must be apolitical, meet generally accepted community standards, and must not damage the reputation of Elucent or Ego Pharmaceuticals.

5. Ego Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to withdraw and/or not award the prizes in any year.

6. Ego Pharmaceuticals will undertake assessment of all applications and their decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Entries close strictly on Sunday 26th July at 11:59PM.

8. Ego Pharmaceuticals will coordinate a judging panel who will assess all eligible applications. The judging panel will determine a shortlist of potential successful applicants, who will be invited to attend a Melbourne-based Casting Call Day in early August. Two (2) final winners will be selected from the shortlist following the casting call.

9. There will be two (2) final winners selected. Each winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

• $500, paid via electronic funds transfer. Winners are required to provide Australian bank account details for payment. Payment shall be made within 30 days of the announcement of the winners.

• The full Elucent skincare collection (winner's choice of either the Bright & Balanced or Age Defying range).

• A featured spot as a face of the next Elucent campaign photoshoot, held in Melbourne in August.

10. Winners are required to participate fully in the Melbourne-based campaign photoshoot. Elucent and Ego Pharmaceuticals should be acknowledged in any public or social media posts shared by the winners regarding the campaign.

11. Ego Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to publish information about The Glow Search and the winners across their promotional mediums of choice, including but not limited to digital, social, and print campaigns. Ego Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize where a winner engages in conduct that is defamatory, political, does not meet generally understood community standards, or threatens the reputation of Elucent or Ego Pharmaceuticals.

12. Applicants should take their own advice in relation to tax implications of receiving the $500 cash prize.

13. Any costs associated with applying, entering, or participating in The Glow Search (including internet access, download charges, and travel expenses to and from the Melbourne-based casting call and photoshoot) will be at the sole cost of the applicant.

14. Applicants agree to their entry, including written text and uploaded photographs, being used by Ego Pharmaceuticals in the future and grant Ego Pharmaceuticals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display the entry for any purpose in any media (including the final campaign assets) without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Applicants warrant that they have full authority to grant these rights and will not assert any moral rights in respect of the entry. Ego Pharmaceuticals collects personal information (‘PI’) in order to conduct the campaign and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. Ego Pharmaceuticals will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Ego Pharmaceuticals’ Privacy Policy, Ego Pharmaceuticals may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the applicant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of Ego Pharmaceuticals. Ego Pharmaceuticals will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.

15. By submitting an application form, applicants confirm that all information submitted on the entry form is accurate and will submit substantiating information if required by Ego Pharmaceuticals. Applicants consent to receive marketing communications from Elucent and Ego Pharmaceuticals from time to time (with the option to unsubscribe at any time).
